Tarte Haul

Hi Friends,

This week I on my blog there will be plenty of hauls to go around, I feel like it's the perfect week since it's my birthday week! I'm starting out with my recent Tarte purchase & new found love.  One of the YouTubers I enjoy watching is AprilAthena7, she does fashion, makeup, hauls, vlogs, & even has a cooking channel; I feel like she does-it-all & does everything well. In her July favorites video she mentioned a new product from Tarte: Amazonian Clay Full coverage Foundation & this completely intrigued me & had me curious to purchasing it. I've been using BareMinerals for years but I was in the market for a new Summer shade & this is the first mineral foundation that I've actually been interested in. I went back & forth on shades & where to buy it but when Tarte.com had their 30% off Friends & Family sale I decided I would take the plunge.  It came with the most fabulous "Airbuki" brusht to apply it with & I've just been in love with using it everyday. Has anyone else tried this? I'm pretty fond of it & think it's pretty amazing! Enjoy!

August Drugstore Haul

CVS was advertising some pretty good deals last week & I had a few ExtraBucks to burn up so it was the perfect time to catch a deal.  My favorite thing to do at CVS is to use my ExtraBucks on makeup that will earn me ExtraBucks back so this week was the optimal time for this. Revlon nail polishes are on sale for $4.99 this week with $3 ExtraBucks back, which you receive on your receipt as soon as you complete your purchase. Maybelline is Buy 1 Get 1 50% off, which is a great little deal since I wanted to check out 2 new items from their line.  Lastly, but not least Sally Hansen is Spend $12 receive $5 ExtraBucks back & I knew that I was very close to the $5 for every $50 spent on beauty products. July Favorites

Hi Friends,

Today I want to share my monthly favorites for July, this month I didn't use many products because I traveled a bit so I stuck to a few staples. This Summer I have been loving my cream face products because I have super dry skin & they seem to work the best for me in the heat. I've been shopping quite a bit so I'm sure I'll have all new favorites for August! One stand out product for me has been the Nivea Lip Balms, they were that product that I used & replaced but never realized how much of a staple they were. I have 1 in my kitchen, bed, car, bathroom, dining room & I'm constantly applying them! Hope everyone has had a wonderful month, I'm looking forward to August because it's my birthday month & I plan to have tons of fun!
