This morning I enjoyed something a little different for breakfast; called Breakfast biscuits in the flavor blueberry. Per the packaging: these breakfast biscuits have 18g of Whole Grain per serving and are supposed to give Nutritious Sustained Energy. I thought I could really benefit from starting my day with these since I have a 3 year old and can't exactly have dips in energy throughout the day, I really enjoyed these but didn't really see any changes in my energy level as opposed to normal. I was pretty full through the morning hours so I do see myself picking these up in the future for a quick mid morning snack!
