Hershey Kisses Milk Chocolate

This is my final review from my Influenster J'Adore Voxbox and I think I saved the best for last.  Hershey's Kisses aren't anything new and everyone has probably tried them but I just love them, they are the perfect size to grab a couple for a snack and go.  I've been enjoying these as a mid afternoon pick me up when I need a little boost of energy since I've given up soda.  My 4 year old really enjoys these as a special treat when he has an outstanding day and I'm glad to share my love of chocolate with him.  Do you have any favorite special treats that you remember from your younger times?

KISS Looks So Natural Lashes

Thanks to Influenster and Kiss Nails I got to try out my first pair of false lashes in my Influenster J'Adore VoxBox.  To be honest I've always been scared to pick them up because I was scared I wouldn't be good at applying them and I think I have pretty good lashes.  The package came with the lashes and a eyelash adhesive, I really liked how natural these looked.  For my first time applying I didn't do too bad but I also couldn't figure out how to get them perfectly blended into my natural lashes.  I can't say that I will be using these much as I like my natural lashes with a ltitle extra mascara but it was great to receive these to try out!

Boots Botanics Shine Away Ionic Clay Mask

Hi Guys!

Today's product to review from my Influenster J'Adore VoxBox is the Boots Botanics Shine Away Ionic Clay Mask and it's a great one!  I have never been a huge fan of masks partly because I'm impatient and when I do a face treatment I want to do it quickly and have it done but as I get older I realize how much we need face masks to cleanse our faces deep down and get rid of the gunk that makeup can leave behind.  With that said, I've used the Sally Hansen Queen Helene mask a few times but I wasn't overly impressed with how difficult it was to remove and how tight my face felt afterwards so I was a bit leary of the Boots mask.  I was totally wrong in my thoughts and pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this mask felt and how incredibly easy the removal process was! It left my face feeling smooth and clean and I can't wait to use this up and get a full size!

1. I applied it to my freshly cleaned face

2. I let it dry for 10 Minutes

3. I rinsed it off with a wet washcloth

John Freida Frizz Ease 3 Day Straight Flat Iron Spray

Hello Friends!

As you've probably noticed this week I'm focusing my posts on my J'Adore Influenster VoxBox and the contents inside.  I have very curly, hard to manage hair so when I saw that John Frieda Flat Iron Spray came in my box I was super pumped.  I washed my hair and used a turbie twist to allow it to dry about 25% then applied about 7 pumps of the 3 Day Straight, I then blowdryed my hair and finally flat ironed it. I am super happy with the results and I'll have to update in 2 more days to let you guys know how it turns out but I'm super happy with the results right now.

Red Rose Naturally Flavored Tea Blend

Happy Monday!  This morning I'm sharing one of my favorite products from my Influenster J'Adore Voxbox: Red Rose Tea!  I can't tell you how much I absolutely adore tea, I've never been a coffee drinker but I have a special every morning love for tea.  I received 2 flavors: Creme Caramel and Lemon Chiffon, I enjoyed both so much that I'll definitely be using the coupon that they sent with the samples. Nail of the Day Nicka K "Classic Taupe"

Hi friends!

Today I'm sharing swatches from a Nicka K polish named: Classic Taupe, that I received in my December Ipsy bag f To be honest I wasn't too impressed with the shade just from looking at it in the bottle but I fell in love once I applied it.  These pictures are with 2 coats and it was completely opaque, it shows up as an incredibly rich brown-gray and I can't wait to wear it again.  I wore Classic Taupe with CND's Stickey Base Coat and Seche Vite's Fast Dry Top Coat for a week straight with very minimal tip wear; I honestly only changed it because I was ready for a shade change.  I'm actually thinking of adding more Nicka K to my collection just because this one impressed me so much. Hi everyone!

L'Oreal Voluminous Butterfly Mascara

Hey Guys!

Long time no talk, today I have a review and pictures of the new L'Oreal Voluminous Butterfly mascara.  I picked this up at Target for just around $5.99, i'll link the coupons below that I used.  The brush on this mascara is amazingly different, one side is for applying product to the lashes and the other is for separating the lashes and keeping you clump free.  I've enjoyed using this mascara but can't be sure if it's as good as my current favorite: Maybelline Big Eyes Falsies, I rank that one pretty high so it would have to be down right amazing to take it's spot! Enjoy!

Nails Inc Porchester Square Gel Effect

Hi friends!

Today I'm sharing my recent pick up from the Sephora VIB sale; Nails Inc. Gel Effect Polish in Porchester Square.  This polish is $14 so with the 20% discount it brought the price down to a reasonable price to pay.  The shade appeared to be a very solid, opaque gray but once on my nails it leaned a little lilac and I can't say enough about it.  I enjoyed the application and the lasting power of this but can't say too much because I used a fast dry topcoat to seal it.  Overall I really liked this color and hope to try out more shades from this line!

Review: Marc Jacobs Enamored Hi-Shine Lacquer

Hi friends!

Recently on a trip to Sephora I decided to splurge and try the new Marc Jacobs Enamored nail Hi-Shine Lacquer, the color I chose is Petra.  There were quite a few colors that caught my eye and I have two more on my list for next time but I think I'll do a dedicated post on the products on my "wants list" to share with you guys soon! The pictures below are with one and then two coats but this definitely could have been a one coat polish as you can see in the first picture. I love how fine the glitters/shimmers are in it, just the perfect purple/chocolate metallic polish and it applied so well; I'll definitely be picking up more. The bottle contains 0.43oz and Sephora.com describes it as a dirty bronze metallic shimmer and I'd have to say that I completely agree! Enjoy!

belVita crunchy Breakfast Biscuits

Hi friends!

This morning I enjoyed something a little different for breakfast; called Breakfast biscuits in the flavor blueberry. Per the packaging: these breakfast biscuits have 18g of Whole Grain per serving and are supposed to give Nutritious Sustained Energy.  I thought I could really benefit from starting my day with these since I have a 3 year old and can't exactly have dips in energy throughout the day, I really enjoyed these but didn't really see any changes in my energy level as opposed to normal.  I was pretty full through the morning hours so I do see myself picking these up in the future for a quick mid morning snack!

Lindt LINDOR Milk Chocolate Truffles

Hello again!

Today I'm sharing a sweet treat with you guys! I received the Lindt Lindor Truffles in my Influenster Rose VoxBox and I was happy to see an old favorite! I have actually purchased these before and pretty much love every flavor with white chocolate being my favorite! They are the smoothest and creamiest chocolate I've ever tasted and I've found having one as my afternoon snack to be the perfect pick-me-up!

Kiss Gradiation Polishes

Hi friends!

The third treat I received in my Influenster Rose VoxBox was nail polish! Nail polish holds a special place in my heart and something I love to try out so this was right up my alley! Kiss products has come up with this great Gradiation Polishes kits and they include everything you need to get that cool, hip, unique gradient look. The kit was really simple to use and self explanatory, I also have a video on my Instagram of the steps and me doing them so that you can see just how easy it really was! Enjoy!

Rimmel London Scandaleyes Retro Glam Mascara

I had the chance to try out the brand new not-yet-released Rimmel Scandaleyes retro glam mascara through Influenster.  As I've said before I'm not much of a mascara buff and as long as it coats my lashes black, I'm good.  I enjoyed the shape of the wand and how easily it seemed to build just enough volume to look real and natural.  The formula was on the drier side but I didn't mind because I'm not too picky about formula as long as it does what it says.  Bottom line is this is a good mascara and worth the money, especially if you enjoy the hourglass shaped wand for giving you the volume you want.
