Zoya Delight Collection Spring 2015

New week New collection,

As much as the Zoya Naturel Satins collection are creamy pastels, the Delight collection is the more bright Easter egg answer to those.  I wear bright nails all year round so these will definitely be much used and a great addition to any collection.  This absolutely has to be one of my favorite collections from Zoya to date; swatches and comparisons below, Enjoy!

Zoya Matte Velvet Collection

Happy Hump Day!

I have a very unique collection to share with you today, I would even call it a bargain!  I must open by admitting that I've never been much of a matte, sparkle, or glitter girl until this past year; I favor more of a cream and opaque formula.  These little gems took me completely by surprise, I fell in love with how quickly they dried and the gorgeous shades of sparkle they produced.

Zoya Entice Collection Fall 2014

Welcome to Monday!

I thought we'd start off with the Zoya Entice collection for Fall 2014, admittedly these excited me in a way that only cream formula Fall shades can.  Each shade is full of it's own deep, rich, pigmented color that is perfect for Fall.

My favorite of the bunch is Ryan, as I love deep Fall navy's, something about them is just perfect and you can get away with so many variations of the shade.  A few other navy's in my collection are: Essie's After school boy blazerL'Oreal's Jet set to ParisEssie's Bobbing for Baubles.  Ryan sets itself apart with being it's own deep blue shade that doesn't pull black at all.  I had some staining on the nails when removing but the color is so beautiful that it's worth it.  Nyssa is a creamy light milk chocolate that fits perfectly with Zoya's Spencer, ChanelleFlynn, and Louise.  Claire is a deep wine Merlot shade and I had a few issues with sheer patches, which you can see in the picture.  Geneviev is a beautiful gray shade that pulls blue and is the non glitter version of Zoya's Yuna, it applied beautifully and I really enjoyed wearing it on my nails; a deeper gray version of Essie's Power Clutch. Swatches and Pictures below, Enjoy!

Zoya Ignite Collection Fall 2014

Happy Monday!

I'd like to share my pictures and swatches from the Zoya Ignite collection for Fall 2014.  In the bottle each of these is a warm Fall color with beautiful fine glitter running throughout.  Each of these has a beautiful golden shimmer that is extremely fine but adds the most perfect Fall touch to each shade.

First up is Autumn which is a gorgeous burnt orange, it's name is perfect as it reminds me of a my favorite deep orange Fall leaves.  Next is Teigen, a combination of fuschia and plum; I would say this is the pink of the collection and similar to Zoya Jem but deeper in color. India is deeper than Teigen pulling more of a burgundy tone in it's base and a touch of purple shimmer, this is the only shade that I had a little trouble with as the formula was on the thick side.  Sansa is the name I love out of them all, it's the purple of the group and it somehow reminds me of the Solar System in a bottle.  Remy is a beautiful teal blue and this one wowed me with just one coat and it's sparkle.   Last but definitely not least is Yuna, a beautiful gray with that same gold shimmer that sets it apart from any other shade that I own; the base gray reminds me of a lighter blue gray version of Essie's Power Clutch.  You can find these at Ulta now or through the Zoya website as I have linked below. Enjoy!

Zoya Naturel Deux Collection

Happy Halloween!

Today I have a post for you that isn't scary at all, I'm sharing the gorgeous Naturel Deux collection from Zoya! As soon as this arrived at my door I was in instant love, Zoya did it again with these creamy neutrals and I just adore them.  Admittedly my favorites of the collection are those that lean mauve or purple and I've received so many compliments and questions when wearing those to Ulta.  I do have to warn that they appear deeper on the nail than in the bottle but still gorgeous.  I had no problems with applications although some are thicker than the usual formula, that can be expected with opaque creams.  I really enjoyed these and am getting tons of use out of these for Fall, enjoy!

Zoya 3 for $15 deal

Hi Guys!

I wanted to quickly share a deal that Zoya is currently having on the page.  Through Sunday November 2, you can pick any 3 polishes for $15.  This is a great deal because they usually retail for $9-$10 each, you can choose from over 300 of their beautiful polishes! I haven't decided what or if I will add anything new to the collection but I will definitely report back if I do! Enjoy!

Let me know if you add any pretty new colors to your collection.

Zoya Spring 2014 Magical Pixie Collection

Hi Girls!

I cannot explain fully how excited I was to receive this collection, it is absolutely gorgeous! I could only describe this as "Fairytales in a bottle", because that's how these nail polishes come off to me.  The texture consists of 3 dimensional chunky glitter and it's just as amazing as it sounds.  I loved how these polishes applied and even more how easy they were to remove; I didn't notice any extra effort more than removing a normal glitter polish.  All 3 sparkle in the sun and I got tons of questions and compliments on what they were and how people could get them so they are definitely a conversation piece.  I hope that Zoya has plans for more of these in every color imaginable because they are simply gorgeous! Enjoy!

Zoya Summer 2014 Bubbly Collections

Hi Guys!

Today I want to share a few of my favorite picks from the Zoya Summer 2014 Bubbly collection.  As soon as these arrived in the mail I pretty much knew what my favorites would be; Binx and Harper! I'm a total "Pink Nail" girl and these came packed with tons of sparkle, perfect for a glitter-loving girl! I love how these applied, they were smooth in texture and shine; when the sun hits the glitter just right the flecks are gorgeous! What were your favorites and did anything stand out to you from this collection? Enjoy!

Pacifica 7 Free Nail Color NOTD Swatch & Review

Well, it's the start of a new week and I thought we could start off with a bang! This rich wine red shade belongs to Pacifica 7 Free Nail Color line and let me tell you, it is Amazing!  I knew the color was gorgeous as soon as I opened my September 2014 Ipsy bag but I didn't think the formula could be as amazing as it was.  This polish was opaque in one coat, however out of habit I used two. The formula applied no problem and I had no cleanup afterwards which is unheard for me with red polishes.  I had such a great experience that I immediately went over to the Pacifica website and loaded up my cart with must have shades since Ipsy is offering a discount until the end of the month.  Has anyone else tried this polish? I haven't heard much about it and I think it should be talked about so much more! Enjoy!

July 2014 Ulta haul

Ulta haul
Lately I've been doing a bit of Ulta hauling since I now have 2 stores very close to me, as well as 2 stores in the next town near my parents house.  I've picked up a few things here and there so I'd love to share these and swatches of them for your viewing pleasure! Ulta had China Glaze 2 for $10, I picked up "It's a Trapeze" and "Turned Up Turquoise", both are beautiful colors that I can't wait to give them a try.  My next Ulta haul was made up of Clearance finds and I was pretty happy with the prices I paid and the $3.50 off $10 coupon.  My final Ulta haul of the month included 3 of the new L'Oreal quads(check back for swatches), a NYX concealer, and a Pixel eyeshadow since Chelsea Garay on Youtube raved about how beautiful it was (and it is) and 3 L'Oreal quads, because I couldn't just choose 1 of course during the 40% off sale. I love when Ulta has these sales because you can stock up on your favorites and try a couple of new things, Enjoy!

China Glaze "Turned Up Turquoise"
China Glaze "It's a Trap-eze"
CoverGirl Crump Crusher Mascara
Revlon Nail Polish "Beautiful"

L'Oreal Quad "Rose Nude"
L'Oreal Quad "Perpetual Nude"
L'Oreal Quad "Treasured Bronze"
NYX Concealer "Glow"

I picked up all of these goodies from Ulta with good deals on a couple of different trips, so if you have your eye on something in particular I would add it to your list and wait for an awesome sale!

Zoya Tickled Collection Summer 2014

The start of a new week and we are just getting into Fall but I wanted to share my favorite Summer polish collection before we get too far into the bitter cold. This collection came out over the Summer and it was my favorite formula, creams.  The pinks and coral obviously grabbed me first as they are great staples for the season but the orange/red, green, and blue are just as perfect! The formula on each of these was wonderful and I can see myself wearing these a ton still into the Fall and Winter as pedicure colors, Enjoy!

Zoya Spring 2014 Awaken Collection

Hello everyone!

Happy Friday! Today I'm sharing a few of my favorite picks from the Zoya Spring 2014 Awaken collection.  These colors are so pretty and I mixed Rebel with Vega in one of the pictures which was beautiful!  I'm always in search of a pretty pink for my nails so Dot was the first polish I tried out and it did not disappoint.  Hudson is the perfect orchid purple and I loved it as well, application with these was great as usual with Zoya and easy to remove with their Remove+ polish remover. Enjoy!

Sally Hansen Triple Shine "Red Snapper"

Today's Nail of the Day is one of Sally Hansen's new formula called Triple Shine. This was the first polish I've tried from this line and I really enjoyed it, the formula and shade are beautiful.  The dry time was quick and I couldn't stop staring at my nails while I was wearing this.  I picked up 4 more of these and I'll hopefully be sharing these in a future Nail of the Day!

Nail of the Day Revlon "Marmalade"

This Nail of the Day was taken on one of the last few days on Winter when I had just had it with the weather.  I usually reserve my oranges or tangerines for the heat of Summer but I pulled this one out to hopefully push Winter on it's way! Application of this was good, I really enjoy the Revlon Colorstay polish formula and it's usually opaque in 2 coats.  Enjoy!

Nail of the Day Zoya "Bela" & Essie LuxeEffects "Set in Stones"

Hi Guys! Hope you all are having a lovely Monday, today I have a Zoya shade that I've probably wanted the longest and just never ordered paired with my favorite Essie LuxEffects.  I often watch AprilAthena7's beauty videos regularly and one of her go-to polish picks is Zoya's "Dot" for a clean pink neutral nail  and my favorite from the Essie LuxEffects, "Set in Stones".  I enjoyed these together and I can see myself wearing these alot this Summer when I want something simple, classic, and don't know what to do with my nails. Enjoy!

Nail of the Day Zoya "Dream"

Happy Friday Friends!
Today I'm sharing Zoya's "Dream" from the 2013 Holiday Zenith collection.  This shade is a beautiful medium blue with holographic glitters throughout. I really enjoyed this color and would clump it together with Aurora and Payton, which are also beautiful colors that contain suspended holographic.  When the light hits these shades they become even more gorgeous and sparkly but they are pretty indoors as well! The application is simple with these and removal is even easier so I would definitely recommend these! Enjoy!

Nail of the Day Zoya "Lux"

It's Monday again but I have something truly Magical to share!  My first to try, of Zoya's new Magical Pixie Dust collection "Lux", I was bursting at the seems to dig into this shade when my set arrived.  When I applied this I couldn't believe how much sparkle it had and kept staring at my nails.  The application is a little tricky as the formula is significantly thicker than the normal or even Pixie Dust Zoya. This is the pink glitter in the collection and the blue is just as gorgeous, haven't tried the Silver at this point yet but I imagine it will probably be just as amazing and give a crushed diamond effect. Enjoy!
