Ipsy Bag July 2014 "Sensationally Sunkissed"

Hi Friends!

Happy Almost-Friday! Today I'm sharing my Ipsy bag for the month of July with the theme of Sensational Sunkissed.  I have stopped looking for Ipsy bag sneak peeks and just wait until my bag arrives in my mailbox and I love the excitement of not knowing until I open it.

I would say that I'm excited to use 3 out of the 5 products that came in the bag. Immediately I was excited to give the bareMinerals 5 in 1 Cream Eyeshadow because I love cream shadows so much and I think this will pair very nicely with my bareMinerals 2.0, 4.0, & 8.0 (The Power Neutrals) palettes!  The next product that I knew I would love is the Pixi balm, I am a huge fan of lip crayons to the point that I have an embarassing amount of them.  The only problem with this one is the shade as I'm not a huge fan of pinks but maybe I'll step out of my box for this cute little lip crayon.

Last but certainly not least is the product that has simply blown my socks off, I haven't worn any other mascara since I tried this one and I get overly excited when I put this on in the morning; it's the Pur Minerals Big Look Waterproof Mascara.  I can't say enough about this mascara and have already picked up a full size of it.  I don't own any waterproof mascara because I've always worried about removing it but I don't even mind with this one, I love how it lengthens and separates but still manages to look normal. Ipsy Bag March 2014 "Destination Beauty"

Happy Thursday!

Last week I received my March Ipsy bag which is themed "Destination Beauty" and I am quite excited to use 2 of the 4 products.  I'm most excited to try use the NYX Love In Rio trio in Moonlit Skinny Dip, although I really enjoy large palettes I also enjoy the ease of a small palette that I can just throw in my purse or put together a look without thinking.  The other item I'm looking forward to using is the BareMinerals Moxie Lipstick in Get Ready, I will have swatches of both products below.  The first of the 2 that I wasn't too excited about is the Pixi Flawless Beauty Primer, because I have very sensitive skin and I've only found 1 primer that actually works well with my skin. The other is the Chella Indigo Blue Eyeliner and that is strictly because I don't wear eyeliner on a typical day, especially not blue eyeliner, so I've swapped it with a fellow blogger for the Be a Bomshell eyeshadow "quad" that others received in their bag. In addition to my bag this month I received 2 lip products due to the February Ipsy bag Pop Beauty fiasco which you can read over on Zadidoll's Blog.  I am pretty happy that Ipsy remedied the situation even if the problem was absolutely not their fault.I received Pop Beauty Plump Pout in Fuchsia Freesia & Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick in Anarchy.

Ulta Haul "June"

Hello lovies, 

Today I have my latest Ulta haul for you, I didn't buy a ton but I did receive some pretty good samples that I can't wait to try! Benefit is one of my favorite brands & I don't think I have a thing for cream eyeshadows so it was a no brainer when Ulta was giving away a special Beauty Day sample set with $35 orders. I also needed to buy Seche Restore (first time) to help thin my Seche Vite top coat & since I needed to reach $50 for free shipping I added a NYX Butter Gloss in "Maple Blondie". Enjoy!

Sephora Haul "June"

Hi friends!

Keeping in line with all new posts this week I have a little Sephora haul for you! I recently won a giveaway for a Sephora gift card through ebates & Erika Wyatt, 1 of my favorite YouTube ladies! It took me a while to figure out what I wanted but I did know that I wanted something special to splurge on that I usually wouldn't buy. After watching Michele1218's latest Get Ready With Me video I knew exactly what that item would be, the hourglass "Gypsy" duo ($38) & Nars "Mata Hari". So far I'm loving the duo & think it's the perfect duo for everyday neutral eyes.

Another bareMinerals Haul

Hello Friends!

I hope everyone is having a great Memorial Day weekend, I know that I am! Remembering our soldiers who made and are making sacrifices for our safety.  Today, I have another bareMinerals haul for you, I received an email on Saturday that Ulta was having a Buy 2 Get 1 Free sale on Bare minerals Ready 2.0 Duos & 3x points for Platinum Members. I had been obsessing over wanting to try the new duos and this was the perfect sale to do so. Ulta bareMinerals goodies

 Hi Friends! This past week Ulta had an absolutely fabulous sale on their BareMinerals Ready 2.0 & 4.0 eye shadow sets. The sets were 50% off with free shipping so I jumped at the chance to pick up the 2 that I've been eyeing.  2.0 duos were $10 instead of $20 and the 4.0 quads were $15 instead of $30 so it was a 2 for 1 special for me!
