Nail of the Day OPI Gwen Stefani Collection "Hey Baby"

Today's Nail of they Day is from the OPI Gwen Stefani collection and is named "Hey Baby"! This pink creme shade immediately grabbed my attention because it's just to so beautiful.  I can see myself wearing this a ton on my fingers and toes this Summer!  I applied this with 2 seemingly flawless coats and had no problems with staining when I removed it.

Nail of the Day OPI Gwen Stefani Collection "Over & Over A-Gwen"

Today's Nail of the Day is a red hot polish from the OPI for Gwen Stefani collection called "Over & Over A-Gwen".  When I saw the new collection I knew I had to have this one, I'm always on a search for a rich and bright red that just wows me! This one was a little bit deeper than in the bottle but it was still gorgeous! The shade looks very similar to "Red Lights Ahead...Where?" in the bottle but "RLAW" is much more orange based and "Off With Her Red!" is a brighter red as well. I applied 2 coats and a top coat and had no problems as I usually don't with OPI polishes however the while I was removing it I noticed a little red staining on my cuticles.

Nail of the Day OPI Mariah Carey Collection "In My Santa Suit"

I have made no secret or even tried to hide my unexplainable love for rich, red, & slightly metallic red polishes; especially from OPI (they seem to do it best!).  When I saw the OPI Mariah Carey collection "In My Santa Suit" it was only a matter of time! As soon as I got this one home I put it on and it instantly wow'ed me with the brilliance of the red, I'm not so much a sucker a normal red but the shades with this special sheen get me every time.  It applied well in 2 coats with a shine that I couldn't take my eyes off of and I wore it for about a week minimal tip wear using my Sally Hansen Insta-Dri top coat.  This color rivals My favorite red of all time Zoya "Elisa" but Elisa is a shade or 2 deeper.

January Ulta Haul

Hi guys!

Today I'm sharing the smallest Ulta haul, I received the 20% off coupon from Ulta last week and I needed to pick up a few things so I made a trip to the store.  Everyone and their mother has been raving about the Too Faced "Better Than Sex" mascara so I figured I'd give it a try.  I haven't been using my favorite top coat; Seche Vite because of the harmful ingredients inside but I missed it and so I picked up a new bottle.  On YouTube MakeupbyTiffanyd is always raving about the CND Stickey Base coat and I always use the OPI Nail Envy so I wanted to take this one for a spin, I'll let you know if I'm loving it in an upcoming nail post.  And last but not least I picked up another OPI polish from the Gwen Stefani collection, I already have the "Over and Over A-Gwen" which is a rich red but I've wanted the creme pink from the line: "Hey Baby". Ulta.com selling OPI, Finally!

Hello Friends! I just wanted to get on & type up this post quickly this morning, I was placing an order on Ulta.com & was suggested OPI polishes to buy. Tips & Toes of the Week 3/2

Hello friends! Hope this post finds you well & beautified! My nails stayed the same for this week as I purchased a new color on Sunday & still was on vacation, which only made me lazy & not want to deal with my nails! I did pick up 3 new polishes from the Flower Cosmetics line by Drew Barrymore at Walmart. This weeks pictures consist of my one and only nail color this week & pictures of the Flower Cosmetics polishes I grabbed.

Pretty much for my entire trip my nails looked like this:

Tips & Toes of the Week 2/16

Thursday was Valentine's Day so I knew that I had to wear pink on my nails at some point & it literally took me 3 days to choose which shade of pink I wanted to wear! I couldn't even look at my polish because I knew that I had more than enough pink to choose from & I am most definitely not a "decision maker". I ended up comprimising with a pale sheer pink & glitter accent nail, both from the 2012 OPI "Pink of Hearts" set.

Monday - my tips looked like this:

Tips & Toes of the Week 2/9

This week's nails were simple & I didn't really change up as much as usual because I had a pedicure done last week. I opened a new bottle of Seche Vite and it was just so amazing that I was removing my manicures before any chipping.

OPI Euro Centrale Collection

Hello friends!

Last night I made a special trip (in the pouring rain) to Ulta, in "want" of the new OPI Euro Centrale collection for Spring/Summer 2013. I had 4 shades on my list but once I saw them it was soo hard to pick and choose so I ended up leaving with 6 which is better than 12! Tips and Toes of the Week 2/2

I'm starting a new weekly post to my list, I figure since I go through 3-4 polishes a week & feel like I am constantly taking pictures of my nails that I should actually do something with those pictures. Through the week I will take images of my manicures/pedicures and post through Instagram but at the end of the week (Saturday) I will compile a post for my blog of the polishes I wore that week.
